	Island Home

This photo was taken from a hill on the larger island to the north of where I lived. I built my camp on the far side of the middle island where it is hidden by the trees. Vegetation at sea level is extremely dense, but quickly thins to bare rock not far above. The basin in front of my cabin is formed by the island I was on and two other small islands. Staines Peninsula looms in the background to the west, and the Andes are out of sight to the left.
