	Carved by the Wind and Rain

Little by little I gave up resisting and went each day to the exposed point to sit in the wind and rain and be shaped in ways I could not know. The wind changed from threat to powerful teacher. The wind taught me to surrender. (photo by Patti Kuchinsky after her arrival)
